The meeting will incorporate an exhibition within the coffee area, with the aim to encourage maximum interaction with delegates during the poster and exhibition sessions as well as during all breaks. It is expected that around 250 delegates will attend.
The exhibition spaces are arranged in single units (approximately
3m x 3m x 1.5m) which are suitable for a pop-up portable display
stand or tabletop display etc. At the discretion of the
organising committee, two or more adjacent units can be combined
to make a larger space.
Each space includes 1 table and 2 chairs. Please let Dr. Tom Hill know if you require poster boards (contact details below).
Cost of Exhibition Stand Package:
Exhibition stands are available at a cost of €1,500 +VAT for a single unit (approximately 3m x 3m) for the 3-day period.

Included in the Exhibition Stand Package:
- One full delegate registration to include all lunches and refreshments during breaks on the conference live days.
- One exhibition stand staff registration to include the above but without access to any of the scientific sessions (unless a member of the Nutrition Society).
- Company name listed in the Irish Section Annual Meeting 2011 Conference Programme.
If you wish for the Organizing Committee to consider your Company providing product sampling from your stand, please ensure that this is marked on your booking form. Please note that this is subject to approval by the Committee and meeting health and safety requirements of the conference venue. Please note that if you sample or distribute any products without prior approval (as above) during the event, you will be asked to remove them. Placing of product samples or literature anywhere around the venue is prohibited.
