This event was designed to bring together a diverse array of experts on sodium, food science and product development, public health initiatives, epidemiology and consumer communications to discuss how we move forward to address public health concerns about sodium, and what it will take to reduce intake by Americans over the next 5-10 years.

We were pleased to offer 2 CPE credits for registered dietitians at no additional cost beyond registration.
