ASN's Executive Officer John Courtney, PhD, recently wrote a guest blog for Altarum's Health Policy Forum addressing the dangers of sequestration. He wrote, "The consequences of sequestration are dire for public health: without funding, progress in scientific and medical research will be halted, leaving innovative discoveries in disease prevention and treatment firmly out of our grasp." I agree, but desperate times call for desperate measures -- but where's the money supposed to come from?


Public health without funding it is impossible. Major concern form where the fund will going to come.
