Any graduate students submitting abstracts on topics relating to international nutrition are eligible to compete for the Student Prize of the International Nutrition Council (INC) if they are members of the ASN International Nutrition Council. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the INC Executive Committee, which will select up to three finalists. Finalists will each be awarded $750 for travel costs at the ASN award ceremonies, and they will display their work in the form of a poster (regardless of whether the abstract is programmed as an oral or a poster presentation at the Experimental Biology 2008 meeting) at the INC reception and business meeting during EB2008. A winner will be chosen from among the 3 finalists, and will be given a plaque recognizing the work and an additional cash award of $500.
